The North-East Beauty

Northeast of West Bengal is as beautiful as the people there. A little misty weather, places to enjoy and relish the memories forever. In this post we'll take you to Dooars - the alluvial foot plains in northeastern India. This stretches from the Teesta River in West Bengal to the Dhanshiri River in Assam.

This is the river Murti. This place is famous for its picturesque scenery. Excellent scenic beauty is the main attraction of this site.

There are 18 passages or gateways between the hills in Bhutan and the plains in India. The western Dooars is also called the Bengal Dooars.

Through the roads of lataguri forest (dooars) we drove towards Lava. Situated in Kalimpong district near Algarah.

While driving to lava we enjoyed the scenic beauty and had plates of lip smacking momos siting by the side of the beautiful waterfall in Jhalong.
